Staff training is designed to increase motivation, skill level and confidence of your collective staff. As discussed in Phase II, these principals generally include:
Creating common goals that all staff will buy into
- Establishing baseline standards for business-related behaviors
- Laying a foundation for future growth
- Developing frameworks for creating commonalities of thought and focus
- Increasing efficiency of both staff members and the overall organization
Staff training is preceded and accompanied by:
- On site visitation to meet with management and staff;
- Preliminary assessment report with an overall Proposal based upon management goals & staff interactions;
- Specific areas for staff to focus on, as well as simple, concrete steps which can be taken to effectuate management and staff goals;
- Steps to be taken for maximizing the potential of life in and out of the workplace;
- A follow up visit 60 to 90 days after staff training;
- On line consultation to assist in the implementation of the delineated plan
