Staff Training

Staff training is designed to increase motivation, skill level and confidence of your collective staff. As discussed in Phase II, these principals generally include:

Creating common goals that all staff will buy into

  • Establishing baseline standards for business-related behaviors
  • Laying a foundation for future growth
  • Developing frameworks for creating commonalities of thought and focus
  • Increasing efficiency of both staff members and the overall organization

Staff training is preceded and accompanied by:

  • On site visitation to meet with management and staff;
  • Preliminary assessment report with an overall Proposal based upon management goals & staff interactions;
  • Specific areas for staff to focus on, as well as simple, concrete steps which can be taken to effectuate management and staff goals;
  • Steps to be taken for maximizing the potential of life in and out of the workplace;
  • A follow up visit 60 to 90 days after staff training;
  • On line consultation to assist in the implementation of the delineated plan
